Running the Non-Suggestible Parts Report

The Non-Suggestible Parts report lists parts that are under what PartsEye has calculated for your stocking max. 

Note: This report is for your convenience and is to be used for reference only. These parts are not part of any order suggested by PartsEye. 


To run the non-suggestible parts report: 

  1. Click the Reports tab.

  2. Click Non-Suggestible Parts Report.

  3. The report will display, showing a list of parts.

    Information for each part includes: 
    • Part number
    • Description
    • Bin location
    • Stock max
    • Amount on hand
    • Amount on order
    • Order quantity
    • Price
    • Total amount based on stock max
    • Last six months' sales average (Avg6)
    • Stock in the last three months
    • History


From here, you can: 

  • Click the 7762_NonSuggestiblePartsReport2.jpg icon to download a copy of the list as an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file. 
  • Click the 7762_NonSuggestiblePartsReport3.jpg icon to print the list. 
  • Click the 7762_NonSuggestiblePartsReport4.jpg icon to sort the list ascending or descending based on a column. 
  • Hover your mouse over the 7762_NonSuggestiblePartsReport5.jpg icon in the History column to view the Demand History.

  • Click the part number hyperlink to view part details.
