The Parts Inventory Performance report shows information about key performance indicators, including net utilization.

To run the Parts Inventory Performance report:
- Click the Reports tab.
- Click Parts Inventory Performance Report.
- Choose the Reporting Level from the drop-down (Dealer, District, Region, or National).
- Choose the month and year from the Available Reports drop-down.
- Click Get Report.
- The report will display in PDF format on the bottom portion of the page.
- Click the
icon to download a copy of the report as a PDF.
- Click the
icon to print the report.
- Click the

Category Definition PartsEye Utilization Suggested Lines Quantity of total lines on a suggested stock order. Accepted Lines Quantity of total lines accepted and submitted for order. % Line Utilization Accepted lines divided by suggested lines. Suggested Part #'s Quantity of total part numbers suggested on stock order. Override Part #'s Part numbers removed from suggested orders. % Parts Accepted Override part numbers divided by total suggested part numbers. % Net Utilization Level at which suggested orders are accepted (suggested parts accepted % times lines accepted %). Total On Hand Value Total value of OEM inventory currently on-hand. Suggested On Hand Value Total value of on-hand inventory is from PartsEye suggestions. Suggested Inventory % of Total On Hand Value PartsEye-suggested accepted inventory compared to total on-hand inventory. Overall Performance (Best) Green, Yellow, Red, Black (Poor) Overall Rating Total score of the six KPI's. (Each KPI is worth 0-3 points.)
