Running the Pre Approved Parts Report

The Pre Approved Parts report provides a list of pre-approved parts that will appear highlighted on the stock order. 


To run the Pre Approved Parts report: 

  1. Click the Reports tab.

  2. Click Pre Approved Parts Report.

  3. A list of pre-approved parts displays.

    Information for each part includes: 
    • Part number
    • Description
    • Last Activity
    • Price
    • Stock Max
    • Quantity on hand
    • Quantity on order
    • Amount


From here, you can: 

  • Remove parts from the list. 
    1. Check the box to the left of the desired parts.
    2. Click Remove Selected Parts From List.
  • Click the 7756_PreApprovedPartsReport1.jpg icon to download the list as an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file. 
  • Click the 7756_PreApprovedPartsReport2.jpg icon to print the list. 
  • Click the 7756_PreApprovedPartsReport3.jpg icon to sort the parts ascending or descending according to that column.
