Running the Suggested Stock List Report

The Suggested Stock List shows a list of parts suggested to stock.

To run a Suggested Stock List report: 

1. Click the Reports tab.
   
2. Click Suggested Stock List.
   
3. The parts list displays.
   
   Information for each part includes: 
   • Part number
   • Description
   • Bin location
   • Stock max
   • Reorder point (ROP)
   • Quantity on hand
   • Quantity on order
   • Quantity suggested
   • Status (Active or Non-Active)
   • Last six months' average sales
   • Highest month sales in the last six months
   • Lowest month sales in the last six months

From here, you can: 

• Use the search bar to find specific parts by keyword or part number.
• Click the icon to download the list as an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file. 
• Click the icon to print the list. 
• Click the icon to refresh the list. 
• Click the icon to sort the data ascending or descending in a specific column.
