Running the Inventory List Report

The Inventory List report displays a list of all your inventory, along with stock levels, last sale, and a history of each item. 


To run the Inventory List report: 

  1. Click the Reports tab.

  2. Click Inventory List.

  3. A list of inventory displays.

    Information includes: 
    • Part number
    • Description
    • Price
    • Quantity on hand
    • Total dollar amount of quantity on hand
    • Quantity on order
    • Total dollar amount of quantity on order
    • Bin location
    • Age of stock
    • Last Receipt
    • Last Sale
    • History


From here, you can: 

  • Filter the inventory list by checking:

    • Select only inventory with an on hand balance
    • Select only inventory that we are suggesting to have in stock
  • Use the search bar to search for a specific item in the list by keyword or part number. 
  • Hover your mouse over the 7748_InventoryList3.jpg icon in the History column to view a history of demand for the part.

  • Click the 7748_InventoryList5.jpg icon to download the list as an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file. 
  • Click the 7748_InventoryList6.jpg icon to print the list. 
  • Click the 7748_InventoryList7.jpg icon to refresh the list. 
  • Click the 7748_InventoryList8.jpg icon to sort the data ascending or descending in a specific column.
