Isuzu U.S. and Isuzu Canada dealers must print and complete a copy of the Return Packing Slip to submit returns for credit. The Packing Slip also includes details about which parts to scrap and which to return.
Important:
- All parts being returned for credit must include a copy of this packing list to avoid delay or possible forfeiture of credit.
- Please direct specific return procedure questions to your PDC.
To print the Return Packing Slip:
- Click the Reports tab.
- Click Return Summary Report.
- Click the Details (
) icon for the return.
- Click the Packing List (
) icon.
- Click the Print (
) icon and follow the instructions on your computer to print the packing slip.
