The Monthly Performance Report must be emailed to the Factory Representative and at least one Parts Manager, either the Dealer Principal or General Manager. The number of parts department employees is also required.
From the Reports tab, settings can be adjusted to:
- Add a contact to email the report to required contacts or additional personnel
- Change the name, email address, role, or language of a contact
- Delete an additional contact to remove them from the email list.
Notes:
- The required contacts can be edited but they cannot be deleted.
- To change your Store Hours, please contact a PartsEye inventory planner at 888-776-5792 (choose Option 3 for Inventory, Option 2 for PartsEye, and then Option 2 for PartsEye Inventory Planning).
To access the settings for Monthly Performance Reports:
- From your PartsEye account, click the Reports tab.
- Click the gear icon (
) to open the Monthly Performance Report Settings.
Managing Contacts
Contacts can be added, edited, and deleted. The following contacts are required:
- Factory Representative
- Parts Manager, either the Dealer Principal or General Manager.
Note: The required contacts can be edited but they cannot deleted from the list.
Adding a Contact
You can add additional contacts to receive a Monthly Performance Report.
- Open the Monthly Performance Report settings.
- Click the plus icon (
) under the contact list.
- Type the additional recipient’s information in the appropriate fields.
- Click Save.
Editing a Contact
Any contact on the list can be edited.
- Open the Monthly Performance Report settings.
- On the contacts list, click the pencil icon (
).
- Type the information to be updated in the appropriate fields.
- Click Save.
Deleting an Additional Contact
Additional contacts can be deleted. The required contacts (Factory Representative and a Parts Manager, either the Dealer Principal or General Manager) can be edited only.
- Open the Monthly Performance Report settings.
- On the contacts list, click the red X icon (
).
- Click Yes to confirm you wish to delete the recipient.
Updating the Number of Parts Department Employees
The Monthly Performance Report report takes into account the number of employees working in your parts department. This is a required field that can be updated as needed.
- Open the Monthly Performance Report settings.
- Type the new number in Number of parts department employees field.
- Click Update Number.
