Enrolling in the CDK eStore

A dealership employee with proper authority (as defined by CDK) must complete the addendum at a specific URL in the steps below to authorize PartsEye to receive data from CDK for the PartsEye program. CDK defines "proper authority" as an employee whose job title appears on the following list:

  • Assistant Secretary
  • Business Manager
  • Chief Executive Officer
  • Chief Financial Officer
  • Chief Information Officer
  • Comptroller
  • Controller
  • Dealer/Dealer Principal
  • Director (from the Board of Directors)
  • General Manager
  • Managing Member (LLC only)
  • Managing Partner
  • Member (LLC only)
  • Partner
  • President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Vice President

If you do not have the proper authority to complete this authorization, please forward these instructions to the appropriate personnel.


To authorize PartsEye to access your parts inventory data:

  1. Before you begin, you must completely sign out of DealerSuite.
  2. Once you have signed out, click on the following link: https://portal.dealersuite.com/eStore/faces/pages/customer/index_3PA.jsp?store=SmartCo.
  3. When prompted, sign back into DealerSuite.
    1. If you encounter a blank screen, try accessing the site by copying and pasting the URL above into an “InPrivate” or “Incognito” window. To do this, right-click your browser icon and select the appropriate option.

    2. If you receive a “Not authorized to use CDK Partner Program eStore” error on the next screen, you do not have the necessary access to the CDK eStore to complete this enrollment.

    3. If you receive an “unexpected error” on the next screen, look at the URL in the address bar of your browser. If it says “User+is+not+assigned+to+the+client+application,” you do not have the necessary access to the CDK eStore to complete this enrollment.

    4. If you do not have the necessary access to the CDK eStore, you must either speak with your dealership’s Enterprise Administrator or contact the CDK Customer Care team at 866-668-5394, option 8, to have “CDK Partner Program eStore access” checked for your CDK user.
  4. Use the drop-down menu to select the CMF you want to authorize for PartsEye integration, then click Submit.

  5. Review the information about the authorization process and then click Click here to view available CMF(s) for product(s) to be selected and start enrolling.

  6. The next page is informational only. To continue, click Start Enrolling in the top right corner.

  7. Click the Addendum PDF(s) link to open and review the agreement. Note: You must click the link to continue the process; however, you do not need to complete it or keep it open at this time.

  8. Click Add To Cart in the top right corner.

  9. Review your Shopping Cart and then click Checkout.

  10. In the Contact Information form at the top of the Billing & Shipping Information screen, enter the required values.
  11. In the Shipping Recipient(s) section at the bottom, select only the CMF you would like to integrate with PartsEye.
  12. Click Continue.

  13. On the Purchase screen, confirm you selected the correct CMF, check the box labelled “I Accept the above Schedule to the MSA”, then click Submit Pending Order and Continue.

  14. On the Confirmation screen, click Continue and Confirm Account Access.

  15. Under Dealer Instructions, click Confirm/Edit DMS Accounts.

  16. Select the account you want to give PartsEye access to, then click Update.

  17. Click Save and Confirm.

  18. When asked if you are sure you want to confirm, click Yes.
  19. Your order is now complete.

What happens next?

  1. A copy of your eStore order will be emailed to you, PartsEye, and CDK Third Party Program Support.
  2. PartsEye will be notified of your order. We will review it, and if the order is accurate, we will approve it.
  3. CDK will complete the setup on their end. Once they are done, they will inform PartsEye.
  4. PartsEye will test the new integration by retrieving your parts inventory data.
  5. PartsEye will contact you about any issues, concerns, or significant delays.
