Whenever a hyperlinked part number is clicked, it opens the part details. There are five sections to this page.

The Part Number Information section provides the following details:
- Dealer
- Manufacturer
- Description
- Bin label
- Unit of Measure, if applicable
- Part Number
- Quantity needed per job
- Stocking Status
- Dealer Cost
- If part is returnable
- Pack Quantity
- Last Receipt Date, if available
- Last Sale Date
- Age, if available
- Entry Date
- Override/Hold, if listed
- If part can be ordered
- If part can be suggested
From here, you can:- Enter notes for the part using the Part Notes field.
- Click the
icon to add the part to the Override or Hold List.

The Part Planning section provides basic planning information, including current suggested stock levels, quantities on order, quantities on hand, and reorder points for the newest part number in the supersession chain that is active in your DMS.
Details for this section include:
- Part number
- ROP (Re-Order Point)
- Total On Order
- Total On Hand
- Stock Max

This section provides a breakdown of when this part has been suggested, ordered, and/or returned by your dealership.
Details include:
- Reference number
- Date
- Part number
- Quantity Suggested
- Actual quantity
- Type

This section provides the manufacturer-supplied supersession chain of the part number, with the newest number on top. The active part in your DMS will appear in blue.
Details include:
- Part number
- Sequence
- Total on order
- Total on hand
- On Hand Value
- Forward Only

This section lists up to three calendar years' history of all demand from current and old numbers in the supersession chain.
You can choose to view Full Demand History or Part # Only Sales History.
- Full Demand History includes lost sales.
- Part # Only Sales History shows lost sales in parentheses.
- Full Demand History includes lost sales.
