Creating a Drop Ship Order

Generating drop ship orders is similar to generating stock orders. 

Note: Adding items to a generated drop ship order follows the same process as stock orders. Be sure the items are the Drop Ship part type; otherwise, an error message will display.

To generate a drop ship order: 

1. Click the Stock Order tab.
   
2. Choose Drop Ship Order from the drop-down menu.
   
3. The window will refresh. Click Generate Suggested Stock Order.
   
4. Check the Drop Ship Order box and click Generate.
   
5. A confirmation message displays. Click OK to continue.
   
6. Once generated, the drop-down menu will show a checkmark next to Drop Ship Order to indicate the order is available on PartsEye.
